This website is operated by ArtiSun. By using this website, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

ArtiSun offers handmade artworks including:

  • Canvas Pattachitra paintings
  • Palm leaf art
  • Silk Pattachitra paintings
  • Handcrafted wooden decorative items

Each artwork is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade art.

Note on Materials: Our silk paintings are created on handmade paper using traditional Pattachitra techniques. All artworks are purely decorative in nature and carry no religious obligations.
3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

Some artworks may be listed as "Price on Request". In such cases, customers may contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for pricing details before placing an order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order
  • Cancel orders due to availability or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled by ArtiSun, any payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • India: UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards
  • International: PayPal, Bank Transfer (on request)
GST Billing: GST invoices are available on request. Please share your GSTIN at the time of placing the order via WhatsApp or email. GST charges may be applicable depending on the product category and order value.

All payments must be completed in full before dispatch of the artwork.

6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Time: The minimum delivery time is 2 months from the date of order confirmation and payment. Actual delivery may vary depending on artisan availability, artwork complexity, and shipping destination.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and product size.

All artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, ArtiSun is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us for shipping charges and timelines before placing your order.

7. No Cancellation Policy
⚠️ No Cancellation: Since all artworks are individually handcrafted and prepared on confirmed order, cancellations are not accepted once production or processing has commenced. We encourage customers to review all artwork details carefully before placing an order.

However, we understand that preferences may change. As a gesture of goodwill, customers may request an exchange for another artwork of approximately equal value, subject to availability and approval by ArtiSun.

Exchange Conditions:
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • The artwork must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging
  • Return shipping charges for exchange requests are borne entirely by the customer
  • Any price difference for the exchanged artwork must be additionally settled prior to dispatch of the new piece
  • ArtiSun reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests at its sole discretion
8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our artworks, returns are considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Artwork received in damaged condition during transit
  • Incorrect item delivered against the confirmed order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Requests raised beyond this window will not be entertained.

Resolution Options:
  • Replacement artwork (subject to availability)
  • Store credit applicable to a future purchase
  • Partial or full refund, subject to courier investigation and insurance claim approval
Return Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping responsibility depends on the nature of the request. Please refer to Section 9 — International Return Shipping Charges for complete details.
9. International Return Shipping Charges

Return and exchange shipping responsibilities are determined based on the specific circumstances of each case:

Customer Exchange / Change of Preference: If a return or exchange is initiated at the customer's request due to a change of preference, the return shipping charges are entirely borne by the customer.
Wrong Item Shipped by ArtiSun: In the rare event that an incorrect artwork is dispatched, ArtiSun shall bear full responsibility for return logistics and shall arrange for the correct artwork to be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.
⚠️ Transit Damage: If an artwork sustains damage during international transit, ArtiSun will assist the customer through the courier insurance and shipping claim process. Compensation outcomes — which may include a replacement artwork, store credit, or a partial/full refund — are subject to the findings of the courier's investigation and insurance approval.
Documentation Required for Damage Claims (within 48 hours of delivery):
  • Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
  • Photographs of the outer shipping packaging (all sides)
  • Photographs of the shipping label and tracking details
  • Unboxing video or photographic evidence, if available
  • Your order number and delivery confirmation details
10. Shipping Damage Responsibility

ArtiSun takes exceptional care in preparing each artwork for dispatch. Every piece is packed using protective, export-grade packaging materials specifically designed to safeguard artworks through international transit.

Our Commitment:
  • International shipments may be insured during transit where applicable
  • In the event of transit damage, ArtiSun will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider on behalf of the customer
  • Claim approvals and compensation amounts are determined solely by the courier's investigation outcome
  • Customers are requested to retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is fully resolved, as these may be required by the carrier for inspection

While ArtiSun endeavours to ensure every artwork reaches its destination in pristine condition, we appreciate the customer's cooperation in the claims process to ensure a swift and fair resolution.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, designs, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of ArtiSun.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from ArtiSun.

12. Limitation of Liability

ArtiSun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products. Compensation arising from transit damage is subject to carrier investigation and insurance approval as outlined in Sections 9 and 10.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
