Due to the handmade and unique nature of our artworks, returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The item received is different from the product ordered
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The original packaging
Once the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following options:
- Replacement of the artwork (if available)
- Store credit
Return shipping responsibility depends on the nature of the request. The specific circumstances of each case determine which party bears the logistics cost:
Refund or replacement will be initiated only after the artwork is received back by ArtiSun in its original, undamaged condition.
Please ensure the artwork is securely repacked before dispatch to prevent damage during return transit.
As a gesture of goodwill, customers may request an exchange for another artwork of approximately equal value, subject to availability and approval by ArtiSun.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The artwork must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging
- Return shipping charges for exchange requests are borne entirely by the customer
- Any price difference for the exchanged artwork must be additionally settled prior to dispatch of the new piece
- ArtiSun reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests at its sole discretion
For international orders, return and exchange shipping responsibilities are governed as follows:
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
- Photographs of the outer shipping packaging (all sides)
- Photographs of the shipping label and tracking information
- Unboxing video or photographic evidence, if available
- Order number and delivery confirmation details
ArtiSun takes exceptional care in preparing each artwork for dispatch. Every piece is packed using protective, export-grade packaging materials designed to safeguard artworks through international transit.
- International shipments may be insured during transit where applicable
- In the event of transit damage, ArtiSun will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider on behalf of the customer
- Claim approvals and compensation amounts are determined solely by the courier's investigation outcome
- Customers must retain all original packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved, as these may be required by the carrier for inspection
While ArtiSun endeavours to ensure every artwork reaches its destination in pristine condition, we appreciate the customer's cooperation in the claims process to ensure a swift and fair resolution.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased under "Price on Request" agreements
- Custom-made or personalized artworks
- Items returned without prior written approval from ArtiSun
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
